On August 16, 2023, Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation (SNGRDC) hosted an open house at Oneida Business Park to introduce the Six Nations Tiny Homes pilot project to the community. Six Nations community members were invited to view the model homes and ask questions of the design and construction staff.
SNGRDC was pleased to see an overwhelming interest in Tiny Homes both online and at the open house. Those who indicated their interest in receiving updates on the project should have already received a follow-up email from Six Nations Tiny Homes. We understand that there is a great interest in the status and future of the Tiny Homes pilot project. Following the success of the open house, SNGRDC is currently evaluating the future potential of the project. An announcement will be made within 60 days on the path forward for Six Nations Tiny Homes.
