NATION ENTERPRISE
Nation Enterprises includes all on-reserve assets and departments managed by the Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation (SNGRDC). These assets are leased from Six Nations Elected Council (SNEC) through a Management Agreement. As of May 2023, SNGRDC currently employs 110 staff members through nation enterprises.
The Oneida Business Park (OBP) was designed and built approx. 25 years ago and is located just off of Fourth Line Rd. and Highway 6. The building consists of approx. 18,000 sq. ft. of office space and 70,000 sq. ft. of warehouse/manufacturing space. Warehouse space is currently full and unavailable for leasing at this time.
In 2015, OBP’s roof was fitted with 2307 solar panels capable of generating 500 MW of renewable energy. The Oneida Business Park Roof-top solar installation was awarded the 2015 Aboriginal Project of the Year Award by the Ontario Sustainable Energy Association (OSEA).

Property management is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all Nation Enterprise holdings. This includes but is not limited to the acquisition, control, accountability, maintenance, utilization and disposition of all on-reserve assets.

Chiefswood Park provides a unique getaway experience that teaches visitors about authentic Haudenosaunee culture while pampering guests with simple luxuries.
The park is situated on 20 acres of land located on Highway 54 alongside the beautiful Grand River (a designated Heritage River in Ontario).
