HEATHER HORNING

Heather Horning graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and went on to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in HR Management at Mohawk College. She is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and has received her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) Candidate.

Heather has 10 years of HR experience, working in a variety of fields from manufacturing to the service sector, managing all aspects of the employee life cycle. Prior to her HR career, Heather worked in supply chain management.
