Matt Jamieson named to Canada’s Clean50 and Clean16 for advancing renewable energy innovation

Ohsweken, ON, October 16, 2025 – On October 15, 2025, Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation (SNGRDC) President & CEO Matt Jamieson was named to the 2026 Canada’s Clean50 list and further distinguished as a Clean16 honouree in the Renewable Energy category. This is the second time Matt Jamieson has been named to Canada’s Clean50 list after previously being honoured in 2018. The awards were presented Wednesday evening during the Clean50 Summit in Toronto.

Canada’s Clean50 and Clean16 Awards are announced annually by Delta Management Group and the Clean50 organization to recognize those 50 individuals or small teams, from 16 different categories, who have done the most to contribute to the clean economy in Canada over the past 2 years. One leader in each category is further distinguished as part of the Clean16, representing the top contributor in their respective field.
