SIX NATIONS TINY HOMES
Six Nations Tiny Homes is Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation pilot project that seeks to offer affordable, safe, secure, and accessible housing to the community we serve. The Tiny Homes are being designed and built by Six Nations community members for their own community.
Please note that Six Nations Tiny Homes is currently in a preliminary pilot project phase and has not yet been formally launched. The model homes are not currently available for purchase and orders for tiny homes will not be taken until the project is deemed viable for formal launch. Please stay tuned for more information as the project progresses through the pilot phase.
MODEL HOMES
Two model homes are currently in development: a 480 square foot, 1-bedroom model; and a 960 square foot, 3-bedroom model. The tiny homes are designed to be purchased and placed on the buyer’s land. Click the images below to see the full info sheets for each model.
